Details of the Job/Internship
OSOI Legal Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Assistant / Associate to support its legal process outsourcing operations in Gurugram. The role involves assisting with UK property conveyancing, due diligence, title verification, land tax documentation, and mortgage-related filings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and prepare documents related to property conveyancing.
- Support due diligence and title verification processes.
- Conduct property searches using internal tools and databases.
- Prepare land tax and stamp duty documentation.
- Assist with mortgage and remortgage filings.
- Transcribe legal documents, correspondence, and notes accurately.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in client documentation.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal compliance protocols.
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in legal process outsourcing or related fields.
- Candidates holding a law degree will be prioritized.
- Bachelor’s degree holders from any discipline may apply.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are required.
