Details of the Job/Internship

Treelife is hiring a Legal Associate – Contracts with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in BKC, Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate mid-complexity contracts such as SAAS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and change orders.
• Manage complete contract lifecycle including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure contract quality and compliance with client requirements.
• Assist in implementing data privacy processes, including GDPR and COPPA compliance.
• Support clients in improving legal and contractual processes.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed institute
• 1–3 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in-house.

Salary/Stipend
