Details of the Job/Internship
Tribe Stays is hiring a Legal Associate – Corporate Law with 6 months or more of experience to join their office in Viman Nagar, Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate term sheets, operator agreements, shareholder agreements, and service agreements.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Advise stakeholders on legal risks and compliance strategies.
- Liaise with external counsel as needed.
- Support legal research and due diligence.
- Maintain legal templates, contracts, and corporate records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of corporate legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating term sheets and operator agreements.
- Excellent communication, legal writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Experience in the real estate sector and knowledge of corporate secretarial practices.
