Details of the Job/Internship
IndiaLaw LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience to join its Real Estate team at the Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title verification and due diligence for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties.
- Draft and review sale deeds, lease deeds, development agreements, MoUs, and other documentation.
- Assist in structuring transactions and advising on regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with clients, developers, and authorities for approvals and documentation.
- Support property dispute matters and RERA-related proceedings.
- Maintain case records and contribute to team knowledge management.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university with Bar Council enrollment.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant real estate law experience.
- Strong drafting, research, and client-handling skills.
- Familiarity with land laws, stamp duty, registration, and RERA.
- Proactive and organized with adherence to deadlines.
