Pee Safe is hiring a Legal Associate and a Legal Intern to join its legal team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting contracts.
• Handling MCA compliances and corporate governance matters.
• Managing IP filings and documentation.
• Preparing board and shareholder documentation.
• Coordinating with internal teams for legal support.

Eligibility

• Semi-qualified Company Secretary with a Law degree.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
