Details of the Job/Internship

Badsha Legal is hiring Litigation Associates and Corporate Associates with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Litigation:
  • Drafting pleadings and appearing before courts.
  • Handling real estate litigation and conducting due diligence.
• Corporate:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Handling agreements including MSA, SLA, NDA, MoU, MoA, CTA, and MTA.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Candidates must be based in Chennai.
• Immediate joiners are required.
• Freshers are not eligible to apply.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
