Details of the Job/Internship

Attero is hiring a Legal Associate in Noida (1-4 years experience) to manage legal matters, ensure corporate compliance, and maintain statutory records.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance & Advisory:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Handle legal disputes, litigation, and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Corporate Governance & Secretarial Duties:
  • Ensure the company adheres to corporate governance best practices.
  • Organize and manage board meetings, AGM, and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Maintain statutory books, including the register of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • File necessary returns and documents with regulatory authorities (e.g., ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchange, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with listing regulations and corporate governance norms.
  • Advise the board of directors on their legal and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Contract Management & Documentation:
  • Draft and review various agreements such as vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, employment contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Maintain an organized record of all legal and compliance-related documents.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts, licenses, and regulatory filings.
• Risk Management & Litigation:
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Handle disputes, regulatory issues, and compliance investigations.
  • Ensure intellectual property rights (IPR) protection and compliance with data privacy laws.
