Details of the Job/Internship

Eide Bailly LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–5 years of experience to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate engagement letters, MSAs and SOWs.
• Support RFP response team in preparing submissions.
• Ensure accuracy, timely delivery and quality of assigned tasks.

Eligibility

• LL.B./integrated law degree or JD from a recognised university.
• 1–5 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house role.
• Strong business acumen; professional services experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability and high professional ethics.
• Ability to work beyond traditional business hours.
