Details of the Job/Internship

Infojini Inc is hiring a Legal Associate – Contract Reviewing & Drafting with relevant experience to join their office in Thane. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts including vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, MSAs, employment contracts, and licensing agreements.
• Work with business teams to define key terms, scope, deliverables, risks, and pricing.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and implications.
• Identify potential legal and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigations.
• Ensure contractual compliance with laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a central contract repository with agreements, amendments, and renewals.
• Track obligations, deadlines, and renewal dates, and manage the full contract lifecycle.
• Support implementation or improvement of contract management systems.
• Liaise between legal and business teams to address contractual queries.

Eligibility

• Detail-oriented legal professional with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to analyse risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with business units.
• Proficiency in maintaining contract repositories and managing contract lifecycles.
• Capability to conduct legal research and prepare supporting documents.
