Details of the Job/Internship
Rubrik is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate governance tasks, including required filings, board and shareholder matters, and equity-related projects.
- Provide support for corporate transactions, such as M&A, financings, and capital market transactions.
- Build and maintain internal legal processes and programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and organize multiple corporate and compliance workstreams.
- Implement and maintain legal technology platforms and tools, including artificial intelligence solutions.
Eligibility
- Legal degree with familiarity with legal concepts and terminology.
- Previous experience at a reputable technology company is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Receptive to coaching and professional feedback.
