Details of the Job/Internship

VSB LAW CHAMBER is hiring a Legal Associate/Assistant/Intern to join their office in Meerut.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents, petitions, and applications.
• Assisting in legal research and case preparation.
• Supporting litigation management, including filing and attending court hearings.
• Coordinating with clients and providing case clarifications.
• Preparing Title Search Reports and Due Diligence (knowledge in these areas is a plus) 
• Assisting in the preparation and briefings of senior counsels for hearings.
• Traveling to various court hearings as required.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; working knowledge of Hindi.
• Strong understanding of legal provisions and ability to interpret them effectively.
• Experience in Banking Law is preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and fluency in English are essential.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various aspects of legal work.

Salary/Stipend
