Chambers of Aditya Lele is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 1 year to join their office in Mumbai.

• Field of Practice: Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts & Appellate Court.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1 year (Sanad is mandatory).
• Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
• Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices,Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders,Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
• Appearance before - High Court, Sessions Court, CityCivil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and quasi-Judicial Authorities.
• Good research skills.
• Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
• Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.

Salary/Stipend
