Details of the Job/Internship

Attero is hiring a Legal Associate/Sr. Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and conduct regular compliance audits.
• Oversee licensing, filings, and statutory registrations.
• Manage disputes, litigation, and arbitration in coordination with external counsel.
• Maintain and secure legal documents and statutory records.
• Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop internal policies, frameworks, and conduct training sessions.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external legal advisors.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate legal functions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and litigation management.
• Excellent drafting, advisory, and communication skills.
