Details of the Job/Internship

SK LATH & CO. Advocates is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience for its Kolkata office. The role involves due diligence, legal audits, property and transaction documentation, and preparation and vetting of consortium and banking documents relating to lending and finance transactions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence.
• Handle legal audits.
• Vet property and transaction-related documents.
• Draft, review, and finalise transaction documents.
• Prepare and vet consortium and banking documents related to lending and finance transactions.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in banking, finance, or transaction advisory is an advantage.
• Lawyer with Company Secretary qualification is preferred.
• Candidates must be based in Kolkata.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
