King Stubb & Kasiva is hiring for the position of Legal Associate - Banking & Real Estate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing legal opinion
- Conducting title investigation & Search reports and verification in respect of properties.
- Advising private banks and providing legal opinion on corporate matters, consortium and commercial borrowing documentation.
- Drafting and reviewing loan-related agreements and conducting legal review.

Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Post Qualification Experience: 1-2 years
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The applicant must be able to write and speak Tamil.
