Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Legal Associate (Banking) with 2- 5 years of experience in litigation to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft written statements, applications, replies, and police complaints
• Review and draft contracts and notices.
• Support clients in Arbitration, Lok Adalats, and other legal forums.
• Onboard and coordinate with lawyers in various cities.
• Maintain MIS of litigation matters.
• Follow up with advocates and ensure timely processing of legal bills.
• Oversee legal operations including case filing and legal notice dispatch.

Eligibility

• 2-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree.
• Experience handling litigation in consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency matters.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal communication tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
