T and S LAW is hiring Legal Associates with experience of 2 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities
- The Legal Associate will be responsible for tasks related to capital market transactions, legal documentation, due diligence, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Capital Market is a must-have quality.
- Financial Modelling and Finance skills.
- Analytical Skills.
- Experience in Due Diligence processes.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to gather and guide your team of Interns.
- Knowledge of capital market regulations.
- Law degree or relevant legal qualifications.
