Details of the Job/Internship
Olyv India is hiring a Legal Associate – Collection with experience in default management, legal proceedings, and receivables recovery to join their office in Bengaluru East.
Role and Responsibilities
- Initiate legal actions in all default cases as referred by collection supervisors.
- Execute and manage proceedings in ongoing legal cases with a result-oriented approach.
- Handle cases filed against and by the company.
- Maintain and publish MIS and activity reports with stage-wise tracking.
- Ensure external legal agencies are managing allocated cases effectively.
- Manage court proceedings as needed.
- Oversee accounts receivable functions and loss/NPA control.
- Resolve customer disputes and manage escalations.
- Handle police complaints related to default cases.
- Optimize cost on agency commissions and payouts.
- Monitor calling team productivity and staff coordination.
- Implement strategies to maximize recovery and minimize profit loss.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate collections team members.
