Details of the Job/Internship

Olyv India (formerly SmartCoin) is hiring a Legal Associate – Collection to join their office in Bengaluru East.

Role and Responsibilities

• Initiate legal proceedings in default cases as referred by collection supervisors.
• Execute legal strategies in all company-filed and received cases.
• Maintain and publish stage-wise MIS and activity reports.
• Ensure proper case representation by external legal agencies.
• Manage court proceedings as necessary.
• Oversee accounts receivable and loss/NPA management.
• Handle customer disputes, escalations, and police complaints.
• Reduce agency commission costs and monitor payout efficiency.
• Coordinate collection staff activities and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies for improved collection outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate collection team members.

Salary/Stipend
