Details of the Job/Internship
FF & Associates is hiring a Legal Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Fort, Mumbai, with a focus on Commercial Disputes, Administrative, and Constitutional Law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial dispute matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery, insolvency, and other commercial litigation.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on administrative and constitutional law issues.
- Independently draft and review legal documents for litigation in commercial disputes, administrative proceedings, and constitutional matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop effective legal strategies.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings and administrative proceedings.
- Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and a valid license to practice law.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Associate with a litigation firm.
- Strong drafting experience in litigious documents and pleadings.
- Knowledge of commercial litigation procedures, administrative law, and constitutional principles.
- Legal drafting, research, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Experience in representing clients in commercial disputes and administrative proceedings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex cases.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
