Hobberman & Company is hiring a Legal Associate-Contracts Management with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contracts Management will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
- The role involves identifying key risks, obligations, and profit optimization opportunities while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- The associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline contract processes and maintain accurate contract databases, tracking obligations, amendments, and renewals.
- Additionally, they will provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders, supporting contract interpretation and dispute resolution to safeguard business interests.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, service agreements, &vendor contracts.

Eligibility
- LLB (or equivalent legal degree) with 2-4 years of experience in contract management.
- Strong expertise in contract redlining, risk assessment, and negotiation.
- Experience working with multinational corporations or law firms is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
