Details of the Job/Internship

Treelife is hiring a Legal Associate – Contracts with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in BKC, Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate mid-complexity contracts such as SAAS contracts, MSA, SOW, amendments, and change orders.
• Ensure high-quality delivery by performing quality checks on deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle management including recording, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Develop and implement privacy and data protection processes for jurisdictions including India, GDPR, and COPPA.
• Support clients in implementing efficient and effective legal processes.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed institute.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably as in-house corporate counsel.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and oral).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
