Details of the Job/Internship

Vlookup Business Solutions  is hiring for the position of Legal Associate (Conveyance) with 1-2 years of experience to join their Mysore office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents related to property transactions, including sale deeds, lease agreements, title deeds, and conveyance deeds.
• Conduct thorough title due diligence to verify the ownership and legal status of properties.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, including property registration, stamp duty, and local government requirements.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels, government bodies, and stakeholders for property-related legal matters.
• Handle property disputes, provide legal opinions, and assist in litigation if required.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and third parties to safeguard company interests.
• Maintain accurate legal records, contracts, and documentation for audit and legal purposes.
• Provide legal advice on property transactions, land acquisitions, and other conveyancing matters. 

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s in Law (LLM) is a plus from the UK. 
• At least 1-2 years of experience in legal conveyancing, property law, or real estate legal advisory.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, land acquisition processes, and legal compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools. Financial acumen and analytical mindset.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Available working in UK Shift.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
