Details of the Job/Internship

KAnalysis Consultants is hiring an Associate – Legal (Corporate and Commercial) with 2–4 years of experience for its Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements including licence, shareholder, merger, joint venture, and IP-related agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate and commercial disputes and foreign exchange regulations.
• Ensure compliance and facilitate investments.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist in strategic planning.
• Provide legal opinions on corporate laws, contract laws, FDI policy, and competition law.

Eligibility

• LLB degree and enrolment with the Bar Council.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting, contract management, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of corporate laws, commercial agreements, and foreign exchange regulations.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Salary/Stipend
