Details of the Job/Internship

MoneyView is hiring for the position of Legal Associate - Corporate and Fund Raise with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise MoneyView’s business teams on debt fund-raising, including transaction structuring and research.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize debt-raise documentation (term loans, debentures, securitisation), engaging with external stakeholders as required.
• Provide transaction advisory support for MoneyView’s investments.
• Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, employment and consultancy agreements, NDAs, and administrative contracts.
• Advise on regulatory matters relevant to the BFSI sector.
• Support on general corporate and commercial matters across the MoneyView Group.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including consultants, advisors, and outside counsel, to ensure smooth execution of multiple projects.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized, well-ranked university.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Hands-on experience reviewing and negotiating equity and/or debt transaction documents.
• Strong background in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
• Proven analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take sound, practical decisions.
• Prior experience with a corporate, banking, or transactional practice at a leading law firm is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and ownership.

Salary/Stipend
