Tribe is hiring a Legal Associate – Corporate Law with 6 months or more of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and legal documents such as term sheets, operator agreements, shareholder agreements, and service agreements.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Advise internal teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws, regulations, and governance policies.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
- Conduct due diligence and legal research on corporate matters.
- Maintain and update legal templates, contracts, and corporate records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong understanding of corporate frameworks, contract law, and compliance.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating term sheets and operator agreements.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Preferred: Experience in the real estate sector and knowledge of corporate secretarial practices.
