Details of the Job/Internship
INDALI Law Partners is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad spectrum of general corporate matters and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of VC deals, including due diligence and transaction structuring.
- Draft and review critical transaction documents, such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and corporate filings.
- Manage and review legal documentation related to large-scale real estate transactions.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless transaction closures.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support strategic advisory and documentation accuracy.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm.
- Proven expertise in general corporate advisory, VC transactions, and real estate laws.
- Strong skills in legal drafting, high-level negotiation, and professional communication.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to matter management.
