Details of the Job/Internship

RPLC – Rane-Pingle Law Chambers is hiring a Corporate Associate to join their office in Pune City.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal policies related to technology law.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on statutes, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Provide legal opinions and regulatory compliance advice to clients.
• Assist in litigation matters related to technology and digital compliance.
• Support clients in addressing legal issues related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and intellectual property.
• Offer strategic legal solutions for technology-related cases and matters.
• Collaborate closely with founding partners and team members to deliver legal support to clients.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher from a reputed institution.
• Expertise in technology law, including cybersecurity, data privacy, intellectual property, and digital compliance frameworks such as GDPR and HIPAA.
• Strong experience in contract review, drafting agreements, and policy drafting.
• Proficiency in legal research and regulatory analysis related to technology and global compliance.
• Understanding of legal issues affecting fintech, SaaS, and technology platforms is beneficial.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• bility to manage deadlines and maintain a client-focused approach.

Salary/Stipend
