Details of the Job/Internship

Advocate Sahil Monga is hiring a Legal Associate for Criminal Litigation with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in Chandigarh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on a variety of civil or criminal matters, depending on the area of assignment.
• Representing clients in court under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Providing clients with legal advice, including explaining their rights, obligations, and the best course of action.
• Collaborating with team members on case strategies and preparation.
• have own Vehicle to travel to panchkula, Mohali and Chandigarh.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in legal practice, specifically in criminal litigation for criminal roles.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and writing abilities.
