Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy & Wisemen LLP is hiring a Legal Associate – Criminal Litigation with 0–3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves handling criminal litigation matters before Trial Courts, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India, with responsibilities including drafting, research, filings, client coordination, and case preparation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting bail applications, criminal appeals, SLPs, revisions, and cross-examination questions.
• Appearing before Trial Courts, Appellate Courts, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Supporting senior counsels in legal strategy, documentation, and case hearings.

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in handling matters before Trial Courts, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Strong drafting, research, and criminal pleading skills.
• Ability to manage filings, client coordination, and case preparation with minimal supervision.

Salary/Stipend
