Clergy and Wisemen LLP is hiring Legal Associates (Criminal Litigation) with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft bail applications, criminal appeals, SLPs, and examination questions.
- Appear before Trial Courts in Delhi and the Delhi High Court.
- Handle litigation matters with a strong command over drafting and pleadings.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proficiency in handling matters in Trial Courts and the Delhi High Court.
- Strong drafting and pleading skills.
