Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy & Wisemen LLP is hiring a Legal Associate (A1 Level) – Criminal Litigation with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Delhi. The role involves courtroom appearances, drafting, research, and client coordination in criminal matters across various courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft Bail Applications, Criminal Appeals, SLPs, Revisions, and cross-examination questions.
• Appear and assist before Trial Courts, Appellate Courts, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Support senior counsels in legal strategy, documentation, and hearings.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong command of drafting, research, and criminal pleadings.
• Proficiency in handling matters before Trial Courts, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Ability to manage filings, client coordination, and case preparation independently.

Salary/Stipend
