Details of the Job/Internship
MoneyView is hiring a Legal Associate – Corporate and Fund Raise with 1–2 years of experience to join their legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise business teams on debt fund-raising, including research and transaction structuring.
- Structure, negotiate, and finalize debt fund-raise documents such as term loans, debentures, and securitization.
- Provide transaction advisory support for MoneyView’s investments.
- Review and negotiate service, vendor, employment, consultancy, and administrative contracts, including NDAs.
- Advise on regulatory matters related to the BFSI sector.
- Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate with consultants, advisors, and external counsel.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized, well-ranked university.
- 1–2 years of relevant PQE.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating equity or debt transaction documents.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and interpersonal skills with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Prior experience in corporate, transactions, or banking practice at a law firm preferred.
- Ability to work independently with practical decision-making skills.
