Details of the Job/Internship

CoinSwitch is hiring Legal Associate Director with the experience of 12 to 15 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to the product, business, and compliance team in building various crypto / virtual assets-related business offerings.
• Negotiate business and technical contracts with Indian and international partners.
• Support litigation and enforcement teams in responding to regulatory.

Eligibility

• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial and between 12 to 15 years of post-qualification experience as an attorney predominantly in regulated fintech/investment securities industries. Experience in the crypto business will be an advantage.
• A mix of law firm and in-house experience is preferred. Must have strong business and technical acumen.
• Shall be able to demonstrate the following soft and organizational skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and to tolerate change and ambiguity. Embrace risks.
