Vidhikarya Legal Services LLP is hiring for the position of Legal Associate- DRT/DRAT/SARFAESI with 2 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and file Original Applications (OAs), Securitization Applications (SAs), and Affidavits in Opposition.
- Represent clients before DRT, DRAT, and other relevant judicial forums.
- Advise on legal strategies related to enforcement of security interests under the SARFAESI Act.
- Manage statutory timelines for demand, possession, and auction notices.
- Coordinate with clients, court personnel, and government authorities to facilitate smooth recovery proceedings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and stay current with updates in recovery and banking laws.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Active enrollment with the Bar Council.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in handling DRT/DRAT/SARFAESI matters.
- Strong drafting, research, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet court deadlines effectively.
