Viatris is hiring for the position of Legal Associate/Executive, In-House Counsel for their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice to the business and teammates on a variety of legal topics that relate to the pharma business.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial and pharma contracts.
• Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Communicating with and managing any negotiating with the external counsel.

Eligibility

• 2-3 years of core experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.
• The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships across the business.
• The ability to communicate complex legal issues and risks.
• The ability to work in a highly autonomous role and help/guide the team.
