Details of the Job/Internship

Victaman Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Legal Associate – Fintech with 1 year of experience to join their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of fintech-related contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights on laws and regulations relevant to the fintech industry.
• Advise internal teams on compliance and regulatory issues, ensuring business activities align with applicable laws.
• Assess legal risks and contribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Help shape legal strategy and improve internal legal processes to support a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors, with a focus on legal documentation and compliance.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, fintech regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently manage complex legal issues.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience working in or with fintech companies is a strong plus.
