Details of the Job/Internship

Soul AI is hiring a Legal Associate (Freelancer) with at least 1 year of experience to work remotely with flexible hours. The role involves supporting the legal team with research, drafting, and compliance tasks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing legal documents.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal associate or intern. Strong research abilities and knowledge of legal procedures are required.

Salary/Stipend

Rs.1200/- Per Hour
