Details of the Job/Internship
Deccan AI Experts is hiring a Legal Associate (Freelancer) with at least 1 year of experience to join their office in a fully remote capacity.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research to support various corporate and technology-related matters.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, service agreements, and professional correspondence.
- Assist the legal team in managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Support the organization in handling dispute resolution and preliminary legal assessments.
- Collaborate with the founding team to ensure legal documentation aligns with business objectives.
- Manage multiple legal workstreams effectively in a remote, fast-paced setting.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- 1+ years of experience as a legal associate or intern.
- Strong legal research skills and a solid understanding of Indian legal procedures.
- Ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and concisely.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage time across flexible hours.
- Must pass the company's internal screening process to qualify for projects.
