Details of the Job/Internship

Soul AI is hiring a motivated Legal Associate to work remotely across India. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in legal document preparation.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Support matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of legal associate or internship experience.
• Strong research skills and understanding of legal procedures.
• Clear and concise communication abilities.

Salary/Stipend

Competitive pay up to ₹1200 per hour
