Details of the Job/Internship

Soul AI is hiring a Legal Associate (Freelancer) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support their legal team remotely across various corporate legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents.
• Prepare contracts, agreements, and formal correspondence.
• Support corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution efforts.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal associate or intern.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Clear communication of legal concepts.

Salary/Stipend

₹1200/hour
