Details of the Job/Internship

BLOCK X is hiring a Legal Associate – Fresher (IP & Anti-Piracy) to support its intellectual property, copyright, and anti-piracy initiatives. This role is designed to build bench strength for legal enforcement across digital platforms. The position involves supporting investigations, enforcement actions, dispute management, compliance-related requirements, and coordination with internal stakeholders, global platforms, and external counsels.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting legal research on intellectual property, copyright, and related enforcement matters.
• Assisting in anti-piracy investigations and coordinating takedown actions across digital platforms.
• Supporting trademark protection and handling intellectual property infringement matters in coordination with global platforms and external counsels.
• Assisting in resolving impersonation, privacy violations, deepfake imagery, and morphed content across online channels.
• Supporting dispute management, settlement discussions, and coordination with law firms.
• Maintaining legal trackers, reports, and MIS with strong documentation discipline.
• Assisting in developing legal processes and supporting compliance-related requirements as needed.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for legal follow-ups and case progression.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (fresher).
• Strong interest in intellectual property laws, copyright enforcement, and anti-piracy work.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow in legal enforcement operations.

Salary/Stipend
