Virohan is hiring a Legal Professional to strengthen its legal, compliance, and corporate structuring framework.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks through policies, audits, and risk management strategies.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring activities.
- Structure and advise on funding and investment transactions.
- Handle legal processes related to incorporation, restructuring, and dissolution.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to align legal guidance with business objectives.
- Facilitate coordination between legal and other internal functions.
- Manage day-to-day legal operations and coordinate legal inputs and approvals.
- Support continuous professional development within the legal function.
