Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy and Wisemen (C&W) is hiring for the position of Legal Associate: General Litigation with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling matters before trial courts, tribunals, and appellate forums.
• Draft pleadings, including petitions, replies, written statements, and submissions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case notes and briefs.
• Appear and assist in court proceedings, including hearings and arguments.
• Coordinate with clients, seniors, and court staff as required.
• Stay updated with relevant legal developments, case laws, and procedural changes.

Eligibility

• Experience: 0–2 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Education: LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Bar Enrollment: Enrolled with any State Bar Council in India.
• Strong command over legal drafting and research.
• Solid understanding of procedural and substantive legal principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
