Clergy and Wisemen (C&W) is hiring for the position of Legal Associate: General Litigation with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in handling litigation matters across various forums including trial courts, High Courts, and tribunals.
- Draft legal documents including petitions, replies, applications, and written submissions.
- Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
- Attend court proceedings and assist in client briefings.
- Collaborate closely with senior counsel and team members on case strategy and execution.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and a strong grasp of procedural and substantive laws.
- Willingness to make regular court appearances.
- Solid research and communication skills.
- A team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
