RB Lawcorp Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate (GST) for its Noida office with 3-5 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• This is a full-time on-site Legal Associate (GST) role located in Noida and Dehradun.
• Looking for a GST Associate candidate to handle GST matters exclusively.
• The role involves managing client relationships, drafting replies to notices, and preparing appeals and writ petitions under GST law, as well as addressing similar issues.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an LLB and CA/CS/CMA qualifications.

Eligibility

• PQE of 3-5 years in GST law.
• GST law issues knowledge.
• GST reply and appeal Preparation skills.
• Tax Statute Analytical Skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Ability to research and interpret legal information.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a tax department of law firm or Big Four.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an LLB and CA/CS/CMA qualifications.
