AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP is the second and the largest Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) to be registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).
The IPE has 29 Designated Partners, 42 Associate Partners, and about 75 employees engaged in CIRP & Liquidation process divided into various teams viz. CIRP team, Claim Verification team, Corporate Debtor Operations team, Legal team
Details of the Job/Internship
AAA Insolvency Professional LLP is looking for a skilled Legal Associate to support their liquidation team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting the Insolvency Professional during the liquidation process, drafting relevant legal documents, and ensuring compliance with IBC requirements.
Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and related laws.
- Key Skills: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with insolvency processes, including Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation.
