Details of the Job/Internship

The Bellagio is hiring a Legal Associate – IBC / Corporate Law with experience of 1–2 years to join their Legal & Compliance department in Mumbai. The role involves assisting with real-time litigation documentation, coordination with external counsel, and building internal legal awareness across teams, with hands-on exposure to legal restructuring of distressed assets.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in IBC filings, case documentation, and preparation of affidavits.
• Attend NCLT hearings and track case progress.
• Coordinate with external counsels and Resolution Professional teams.
• Conduct statutory and case law research.
• Support execution of revival and resolution strategies.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a recognised university.
• 1–2 years’ experience in IBC or Corporate Act matters.
• Familiarity with NCLT processes and IBC timelines.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
