Details of the Job/Internship
Lummus Technology is hiring a Legal Associate II with experience of 0–3 years to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare and review standard and third-party Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- Negotiate standard contract terms in accordance with guidelines set by Lummus attorneys.
- Assist in the management of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and database.
- Conduct compliance screenings and related third-party due diligence processes.
- Prepare standard contracts, including vendor and supplier agreements, based on pre-approved terms.
- Maintain and update the company’s "standard agreements" and project lists.
- Locate and file signed agreements and support attorneys on litigation and labor matters.
- Assist in managing the employee hotline and preparing incident management reports.
Eligibility
- BBA.LLB degree; a specialization in corporate law is a plus.
- 0–3 years of post-qualification law firm experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate U.S.-based clients.
- Basic understanding of Intellectual Property issues is required or must be learned.
