Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Do It Legal Services LLP is hiring a Legal Associate (In-House) with 2 years of full-time experience to join their Mumbai office in Jogeshwari West, starting from 1st August 2025.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS licenses, MOUs, and vendor/customer contracts across overseas jurisdictions.
- Interpret contract terms and contribute to template development and contract authoring.
- Maintain and manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with validity timelines.
- Attend internal meetings and provide legal input on contract-related matters.
- Evaluate contractual documents for risk, relevance, and privilege.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and ensure contractual alignment with legal and business requirements.
Eligibility
- LLB (Full-time) from a well-recognised law school.
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property, data privacy, dispute resolution, and media/advertising law.
- Ability to prioritise, work independently, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
